Got Cold Feet? Easy Ways to Keep Your Feet Warm in Winters

Winter is coming, and you know what that means - chilly toes season!

Not this time though, because we've got your feet covered with some simple tips to keep them warm and happy.

1. Sock Talk

Alright, let's start with the basics - socks! Not just any socks, though. Most think that simply wearing layers of socks, or thick socks will do the trick. Unfortunately not. They can actually create pressure on your feet and cut off blood circulation to your toes.

Instead, opt for socks made from good materials that will keep your feet warm, dry (moisture is not your friend in winter) and are thin to medium-thick.

Bed&Butter’s The Comfiest Socks are the softest, snuggliest socks you will find. They keep your feet warm while being breathable and moisture-wicking. These babies are like tiny blankets for your feet and come in 12 colours to suit all your styles.

(Now that the product plug, albeit an important one is out of the way, lets move on.)

2. Boot Up

Insulated boots are like little fortresses for your feet. Look for ones that are waterproof and breathable to keep those toes dry and happy. So if you’ve got cold feet (literally!), swap out those open-toe shoes or loose trainers for a reliable pair of winter boots with thick soles.

Also make sure to boot down i.e. remove your boots and leave them to dry as soon as you get home. This is because wet feet lead to cold feet.

3. Heat Things Up

If you're planning to spend time outdoors in the chilly weather, consider adding some extra heat to your boots. Toe warmers or heated insoles are like secret weapons against the cold. Whether you're gearing up for an activity or just taking a leisurely stroll, these additions can make a world of difference.

4. Move It, Move It

Don't underestimate the power of movement! Getting your blood pumping keeps your feet warm. So dance around your living room, take a walk in the winter air, or just wiggle your toes - anything to get that circulation going!

5. Indoor Comfort

Even indoors, you'll want to keep those feet cosy. Slip into some plush slippers or keep wearing our The Comfiest Socks. They're perfect for lounging on the couch or pretending to work from home (kidding! You’d never pretend! Right?).

6. TLC for Your Feet

Last but not least, give your feet some love. A warm foot soak with Epsom salts is like a spa day for your feet. Follow up with a nice foot cream to keep your skin soft and happy throughout the winter months.

Keeping your feet warm this winter is as easy as rocking the right socks, layering up, staying dry, picking the right boots, adding some heat when needed, staying active, embracing indoor cosiness, and pampering your feet a bit. And remember, our The Comfiest Socks are here to make step one a breeze.

Stay warm, stay cosy. x

I do have cold feet especially one foot at moment due to an injury on that particular leg so I thought I would try a pair of ur socks on my swollen foot in bed, unfortunately they didn’t do the trick, but I find they keep my foot warm when I can get out with crutches. Thank u..
