Change of mind returns
We offer returns for change of mind purchases within 30 days. For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it i.e. in its original packaging. Please let us know from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return. It would make us sad but your happiness is more important to us. ❤
You will need to cover the shipping fees and any other fees incurred for fulfilment. We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Bed&Butter will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. We will issue the refund to the amount of the product cost back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size instead? No worries. We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending your new pair out to you.
To organise an exchange, simply email and we’ll help sort it out.
Return steps
- Shoot us an email at returns@bedandbutter.com.au and let us know your reason for return (so that we can improve!).
- Once approved, you can ship the product(s) back to us at the address provided.
- Once we receive the product(s) and confirm they are in tip-top condition, we'll issue a refund back into your original payment method. While we aim to do this asap, it may take up to 7 business days to issue a refund!
Faulty product
If you've received a faulty or defective product (which is unlikely!), please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll take care of it. Please note, Bed&Butter will assess whether a product is faulty. Any issues reported a month after purchase and use will not be considered as faulty.
Final sale
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty. Please choose carefully, as all Final Sale purchases are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refund
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email returns@bedandbutter.com.au within 30 days of receiving the product(s), so we can resolve any issues.
We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via registered post, and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Bed&Butter will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit if you choose not to insure.
Final note! If you’re returning an item that was part of a discount or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Refund Processing
Once we process a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven't received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company.
