Shipping policy
Australia: We offer free standard shipping from A$50. For orders under A$50, a flat rate of A$9.9 is applicable. If you would like to opt for express shipping, express shipping rates will apply.
New Zealand: We offer free standard shipping for orders over NZ$60. For orders under NZ$60, a flat rate of NZ$15 is applicable. If you would like to opt for express shipping, express shipping rates will apply.
United States: We offer free standard shipping for orders over US$75. For orders under US$75, a flat rate of US$10 is applicable. Duties and taxes are included for all US orders.
Rest of the World:
Orders over A$110: Free Shipping
Orders from A$70 to A$109: A$15 flat rate
Orders under $70: A$30 flat rate
Please note: Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We dispatch all orders from our local warehouse in Sydney, Australia and aim to ship them as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched the same day by 5pm. If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll try our best to accomodate.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).
Return to Sender (RTS) Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, failure to collect the parcel from the post office/pick-up location, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order will be considered a Return to Sender (RTS) parcel.
Once the parcel has safely returned to us, we can:
- Re-send your order, with the customer covering the re-shipping fee; or
- Issue a refund for the order value minus the original shipping cost.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs have already been incurred by Bed&Butter at the time of dispatch.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates to avoid missed collection windows or delivery issues.
