Why you should upgrade to Eucalyptus Sheets.

Cotton, Polyester, Silk, Bamboo, Linen… there are countless fabrics out there, as I’m sure all the ads on your social media feed have repeatedly reminded you. Each fabric with its own merit. Considering we spend ⅓ of our lives sleeping, it makes a whole lot of sense that there are so many bed sheet options available to help us sleep better.
Buying a sheet eventually comes down to personal preference, which is why we’re here to make a case for Eucalyptus Lyocell Sheets. You read that right - sheets made from 100% Eucalyptus fibres. It’s a relatively new concept, but one developed with the future in mind (rightly called the fabric of the future). Here are a few reasons why Eucalyptus Sheets are better than traditional sheets.
Eucalyptus Sheets keep you cool and dry!
When you sleep, your body gives off heat into the surrounding areas like your sheet. Traditional sheets like Cotton and Polyester capture this heat making you sleep hot and sweaty.
Our Eucalyptus sheets are perfected to solve this problem. The natural fabric and weave design make the sheets highly breathable - keeping you cool.
Plus, our Eucalyptus sheets are moisture-wicking and have 50% more moisture management capability than Cotton. The better the moisture management, the more the sweat spreads and evaporates, which in turn keeps you cool and dry. If cooling is the game, Bed&Butter Eucalyptus Sheets is the name!
If this is you in you in the night, Eucalyptus Sheets are for you.
Eucalyptus Sheets are unbelievably soft…
...like sleeping with clouds! We may be biased but the tests are not. Our lab tests show that compared to Cotton - our sheets have a significantly higher softness and smoothness rating.
Bed&Butter sheets have a higher Total Hand Value (THV) than cotton, i.e. softer than cotton. THV is a calculated parameter that measures the feel of a fabric.
Bed&Butter sheets have a lower friction coefficient aka low friction against skin aka smooth on skin compared to traditional cotton.
The Softest Sheets Ever!
Eucalyptus Sheets are sustainable
The textile industry is highly unsustainable. For example, to make one cotton sheet, you need 4000+ litres of water - that's just one sheet!
At Bed&Butter, we want to shake things up a bit. We are taking every measure possible to ensure we are sustainable. Our Eucalyptus Lyocell sheets follows these practices:
- 96% less water used*
- 30% less energy used*
- OEKO-TEX® certified - No toxic chemicals or other nasties to process the product
- Near zero waste during production (Closed loop process)
- No plastic packaging
- Naturally biodegradable sheets, degrading faster than cotton
- Sustainably managed Eucalyptus plantations

Eucalyptus Sheets stay fresher longer
Our sheets are subjected to a lot of sheet - dead skin cells, sweat, and seminal fluid. This leads to a build of dust mites. An average person sheds 1.5 grams of dead skin daily, enough to feed one million dust mites. Our sheets are designed with superior moisture management which creates an unfavourable environment for bacterial growth, keeping your sheets fresher for longer. Still doesn’t mean you can get away with washing your sheets, just that you can wash them less often. 😉
Bed&Butter’s Eucalyptus Sheets look beautiful!
Its lustre, fluid drape and luscious feel add a dash of elegance to the sheets, making sleep a stylish affair. The nano-fibres give the sheets a high sheen, making them an irresistibly shiny and premium addition to your room. It’s silk without all the associated environmental costs. Plus, they’re available in 3 beautiful colours.
I love our Eucalyptus sheets so much that I sleep with them everyday! ❤️
You have no reason to trust me, we barely know each other. That’s why we offer free returns if you don’t like our sheets. So why not give it a try for yourself?
